Ingredients:
- 2kg Med Cuisine Pre-cooked Chickpeas
- 454g Med Cuisine Natural Tahini
- 300ml still water
Instructions:

Prepare Chickpeas:
- Add the chickpeas to a mixer or food processor. Make sure your mixer has a 3.5kg capacity. If not, prepare in two batches, dividing portions equally.
- Add 150ml of water to the chickpeas. Grind for 30 seconds until smooth.

Add Tahini:
- Add the full jar of tahini (454g) and the remaining 150ml of water.
- Continue grinding for another 30 seconds until a creamy, smooth texture is obtained.

Serve and Garnish:
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
- Optional: Sprinkle with Med Cuisine Shaata Spice or Med Cuisine Zaatar Spice for added flavor.
