  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare Cauliflower: Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets.

  3. Make the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Filfel Chuma, olive oil, and salt. Mix well until it forms a uniform paste.

  4. Coat the Cauliflower: Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the Filfel Chuma mixture. Ensure each floret is evenly coated.

  5. Roast the Cauliflower: Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking sheet.

  6. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

  7. Serve: Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
