For the Salad:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 little gem lettuces, chopped
  • A handful of arugula or other preferred salad greens

For the Amba Vinaigrette:

  • 100g Med Cuisine Amba sauce
  • 50g honey
  • 50g olive oil
  • 50g fresh water
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To Finish:


  1. Prepare the Vinaigrette:

    • In a small mixing bowl, combine the Amba sauce, honey, olive oil, water, and lemon juice. Whisk together until smooth and homogeneous. Alternatively, place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well to combine.
  2. Assemble the Salad:

    • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the iceberg lettuce, little gem lettuces, and arugula (or other salad greens).
  3. Dress the Salad:

    • Add the vinaigrette to the salad according to your preference and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve:

    • Transfer the dressed salad into a serving bowl. Sprinkle a generous amount of Med Cuisine Dukkha spice blend over the top.
