Ingredients: For the Salad: 1 iceberg lettuce, chopped 2 little gem lettuces, chopped A handful of arugula or other preferred salad greens For the Amba Vinaigrette: 100g Med Cuisine Amba sauce 50g honey 50g olive oil 50g fresh water Juice of half a lemon Salt and pepper to taste To Finish: Med Cuisine Dukkha spice blend Instructions: Prepare the Vinaigrette: In a small mixing bowl, combine the Amba sauce, honey, olive oil, water, and lemon juice. Whisk together until smooth and homogeneous. Alternatively, place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well to combine. Assemble the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the iceberg lettuce, little gem lettuces, and arugula (or other salad greens). Dress the Salad: Add the vinaigrette to the salad according to your preference and toss to coat evenly. Serve: Transfer the dressed salad into a serving bowl. Sprinkle a generous amount of Med Cuisine Dukkha spice blend over the top. Enjoy!
