  • 100g shredded white cabbage
  • 100g shredded red cabbage
  • 100g carrot, julienned
  • Salted peanuts and fresh coriander for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Dressing:

  • 60ml water
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Med Cuisine Organic Garlic Tahini
  • 1 tbsp each of lime juice, rice vinegar, and maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • Optional chilli flakes


  1. Make the Dressing: Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Adjust with chilli flakes if desired.

  2. Combine the Salad: In a large bowl, mix the white cabbage, red cabbage, and carrot.

  3. Dress and Marinate: Toss the vegetables with the dressing and let sit for 15 minutes to soften.

  4. Garnish and Serve: Season with salt and pepper, garnish with peanuts and coriander, and serve. Optionally, add extra tahini or dressing for more flavour.
