Ingredients:
- 100g shredded white cabbage
- 100g shredded red cabbage
- 100g carrot, julienned
- Salted peanuts and fresh coriander for garnish
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Dressing:
- 60ml water
- 60ml soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Med Cuisine Organic Garlic Tahini
- 1 tbsp each of lime juice, rice vinegar, and maple syrup
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- Optional chilli flakes

Make the Dressing: Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Adjust with chilli flakes if desired.

Combine the Salad: In a large bowl, mix the white cabbage, red cabbage, and carrot.

Dress and Marinate: Toss the vegetables with the dressing and let sit for 15 minutes to soften.

Garnish and Serve: Season with salt and pepper, garnish with peanuts and coriander, and serve. Optionally, add extra tahini or dressing for more flavour.
