  • 600g cooked chickpeas
  • 4 tablespoons Med Cuisine Black Tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • Salt, to taste

For Garnish:

  • Black and white sesame seeds


  1. Blend the Hummus:

    • In a food processor, combine the cooked chickpeas, black tahini, lemon juice, garlic (if using), olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
    • Blend until smooth. If the hummus is too thick, you can add a little water or additional olive oil to achieve the desired consistency.
  2. Serve:

    • Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl or plate.
    • Drizzle with a little more olive oil and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds for garnish.
