Ingredients:
- 600g cooked chickpeas
- 4 tablespoons Med Cuisine Black Tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic (optional)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Salt, to taste
For Garnish:
- Black and white sesame seeds

Blend the Hummus:
- In a food processor, combine the cooked chickpeas, black tahini, lemon juice, garlic (if using), olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth. If the hummus is too thick, you can add a little water or additional olive oil to achieve the desired consistency.

Serve:
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl or plate.
- Drizzle with a little more olive oil and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds for garnish.
