Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup Med Cuisine Sweet Sesame Butter Tahini
- 1/2 cup Med Cuisine Medjool Date Syrup

Pop the Corn:
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
- Once the kernels begin to pop, shake the pot occasionally to prevent the popcorn from burning. Continue cooking until the popping sound slows down to about one pop every few seconds.
- Remove from heat and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.

Prepare the Tahini-Date Mixture:
- In a small saucepan, gently warm the tahini and date syrup together over low heat, stirring until well combined and smooth.

Coat the Popcorn:
- Drizzle the tahini-date mixture over the warm popcorn. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat the popcorn.
