- 100g Med Cuisine Organic Garlic Tahini
- 10-15g chopped parsley
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

- Roasted pine nuts

Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the aubergine puree, garlic tahini, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Adjust Seasoning: Taste the mixture and adjust the salt or lemon juice as needed.

Serve: Transfer the Baba Ganoush to a serving dish. Top with additional chopped parsley, roasted pine nuts, and a drizzle of olive oil.
