Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup blueberries (or your choice of fruit)
- 3 tablespoons Med Cuisine Black Tahini
- 1-2 tablespoons Med Cuisine Silan Date Syrup
- A splash of soy milk
For Topping:
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Almond flakes
- Pumpkin seeds

Blend the Smoothie:
- Place the frozen bananas, blueberries, black tahini, date syrup, and a splash of soy milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the thickness by adding more or less soy milk as needed.
