Ingredients:
- 400g plain flour
- 300g Med Cuisine Natural Tahini
- 10g baking powder
- 200g sugar
- 200g soft unsalted butter

- Almonds
- Melted chocolate
- Other toppings of your choice

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, tahini, baking powder, sugar, and soft unsalted butter. Mix manually and knead until a uniform dough is formed.

Shape the Cookies:
- Divide the dough into approximately 40 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring a few centimeters of space between each cookie.
- Press an almond (or your preferred nut) into the center of each cookie.

Bake:
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until they are just golden.

Cool and Decorate:
- Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the tray. Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate or add other toppings as desired.

- Once completely cooled, store the cookies in a closed container to keep them fresh.
