- Still water (ratio 1:1)

Instructions:

Prepare Falafel Mix:
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix equal parts of Med Cuisine Falafel Mix powder and still water (ratio 1:1).
- Allow the mixture to rest for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Shape Falafel Balls:
- After resting, prepare and shape the mixture into falafel balls.

Deep Fry:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 170°C (340°F).
- Deep fry the falafel balls until they become brownish-gold.

Serve:
- Serve the crispy falafel balls with Med Cuisine Amba Sauce and sprinkle with Med Cuisine Natural Tahini.
