CRISPY FALAFEL BALLS

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Falafel Mix:

    • In a large bowl, thoroughly mix equal parts of Med Cuisine Falafel Mix powder and still water (ratio 1:1).
    • Allow the mixture to rest for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Shape Falafel Balls:

    • After resting, prepare and shape the mixture into falafel balls.
  3. Deep Fry:

    • Heat oil in a deep fryer to 170°C (340°F).
    • Deep fry the falafel balls until they become brownish-gold.
  4. Serve:

    • Serve the crispy falafel balls with Med Cuisine Amba Sauce and sprinkle with Med Cuisine Natural Tahini.
