  1. Cook the Porridge:

    • In a saucepan, combine the oat milk and porridge oats. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
    • Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
  2. Add Flavourings:

    • Stir in the tahini until well combined. Mix in a pinch of salt.
  3. Adjust Consistency:

    • If the porridge is too thick, add a bit more milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Serve with Toppings:

    • Spoon the porridge into bowls and top with sliced banana, dark chocolate shavings, a drizzle of sweet tahini, and chopped walnuts.
