- 50g porridge oats
- 5 tbsp Med Cuisine Sweet Sesame Butter Tahini Sauce
- A small pinch of salt
- Banana, sliced
- Dark chocolate shavings
- Sweet tahini drizzle
- Chopped walnuts

Cook the Porridge:
- In a saucepan, combine the oat milk and porridge oats. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.

Add Flavourings:
- Stir in the tahini until well combined. Mix in a pinch of salt.

Adjust Consistency:
- If the porridge is too thick, add a bit more milk to achieve the desired consistency.

Serve with Toppings:
- Spoon the porridge into bowls and top with sliced banana, dark chocolate shavings, a drizzle of sweet tahini, and chopped walnuts.
