The recipe in the Sunday Mail attracted me to buy it plus the background to the sauce which was very inviting. I purchased it for my daughter and today they replicated the recipe with the sauce and they said it made the food POP!!! Seconds of the food and sauce combination were had. A glorious success and suffice to say they absolutely loved it!!!!

The very best tahini I've found, smooth like silk, runny enough to spoon out and not solid lumpy and oily layers like so many shop bought tahinis. Makes wonderful hummus so gifted some to my daughter to try and she agrees. Great on bread with their date syrup too.
