- 2 teaspoons Med Cuisine Medjool Date Syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: grated dark chocolate for garnish

Heat Liquids:
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk and water. Heat over medium until it reaches a simmer.

- Pour the warm milk mixture into a blender. Add the cacao powder, date syrup, and vanilla extract. If your blender is not vented, allow the liquid to cool slightly to prevent pressure buildup.

- Blend on high for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is frothy.
