BLACK TAHINI & BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of your choice of milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 cup Med Cuisine Black Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 2 dates, pitted and quartered

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Peel the bananas and quarter the pitted dates to ensure they blend smoothly.
  2. Blend the Smoothie:

    • Place the milk, bananas, black tahini, oats, and dates in a blender.
    • Blend on high until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is smooth.
