  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ¾ cup Med Cuisine Natural Tahini
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds


  1. Prep Oven and Sheets:

    • Position oven racks in the upper and lower thirds and preheat to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. Cream Butter Mixture:

    • Beat butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy. Incorporate tahini, then the dry ingredients, mixing to a slightly sticky dough.
  4. Shape Cookies:

    • Roll tablespoons of dough into balls, dip tops in sesame seeds, and place on sheets, 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake:

    • Bake 13–15 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through, until golden. Cool on sheets to firm up.
